The art of Jake Rueth (The taste of colors)
There is just something about the colors and balance of his work. the fact that someone can take something blank and make it into something wonderful in this worlds still amazes me... Take Jake Rueth just one of the artist I enjoy, he makes it looks so simple. The bright colors are good for all ages and all kinds of people can fall for his art work. He makes things from clouds to little monsters puking to teddy bears with hearts and so much more. I just love his work and someday I'll own some pieces of his work and hang it on my wall for everyone to see, I already own some of his buttons.
Check his site out but clicking here ~~~> http://www.cubecrazy2.com/Enjoy it as much as I do. :)

The Start of Happy Nerdy Life....
Hello..... to start off I started my blog because I thought this would get me going on writing again, also my boyfriends buddy's wife started one so I thought it would be cool to do one too. So here I am and here we go.....................................................
Okay to begin with, I was born in Austin Texas and have only one sibling my older brother Austin, who ironically was born in Indiana. looking back at my life I realize how hard I had it, some people say that they are very shocked that I was able to grow up and be the person I am today. I've had a lot of challenges in my life and a lot has happened to me that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, but I've pulled through and I'm happier today than I ever have been.
10 yrs ago I was only 18 going on 19 still in high school and it was summer time... I left home to be with a loser guy and I ended it with him as soon as it started. My old friend Sue took me to this crappy looking house in Lafayette Indiana to hang out with some people that I had never met before. I met Mike and Nick there and I also met the future man of my dreams. Who knew that in 10 years I would meet tom again in a totally different way. Now because of my baby, I'm constantly hanging out with bunches of nerds and I so love it. I really can say I fit right in without even trying and I don't feel left out. I finally found my place at toms side against the world. tom and my kids keep me young at heart, and I'm so grateful for everything they do for me.
My life with tom is like going through the looking glass, compared to my old life, I can finally see how green the grass is on this side.... How I thank him for that. (Thank you so very much baby I love you with all my heart)
Now the bigger love of my life is both of my kids. There's nothing better than being a mother to my awesome kids. (Yes Tom I guess I can call you one of the kids too lol)
Shaley is the oldest and very loving as well as artsy she is constantly making pretty pictures and making her own hand make books of stories from an unknown mysterious place or just from her own back yard. they are wonderful and one of these days I hope she makes a living from it. I got her into it when I started writing a book and the sad thing is I never finished mine, but my Shaley she ends her stories and books and that makes me so proud of her.
J.R. is the middle child and also very loving and he just loves his hot wheels cars and his vinyl toys that his dad (Tom) gets him. oh man when he is getting into playing with his cars his sound effects are out of this world and loud. who knew a Hotwheel car sounded like a jet plane taking off? Well J.R. knew and now he has taught the rest of us all about it. the cutest is when he does his funky dances and really breaks it down on the dance floor.
And then there is my youngest Blase... to make this long story short, all three of my kids are from the same father (Glen Sr.)
Blase was adopted and it was an open adoption. I'm very proud of being a birth mother to him and I was so happy to allow him to go to a great family and to help them start there own family. I firmly believe that a mother giving a child to a childless family is one of the greatest gifts a person can give. I love him just as much as any of my kids, including my new 4th kid, the love of my life, tom (I love you baby)
I want to say thank you so very much for wanting to get into who I am and what my life is all about and random and nerdy things that will be told along the way. so check in once in awhile and see the nerdiness that is my life.
